Hi, I’m Steven Richardson, the newest licensed real estate agent with River Hills Properties LLC.

I’m proud to call the Mohawk Valley home, having grown up in the region and graduated from Fort Plain High School. After serving four years on active duty in the U.S. Navy with Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron 7—including four deployments and seven missions supporting Joint Special Operations Task Force—I pursued business studies at Full Sail University and Valencia College in Orlando, FL.

From 2016 to 2020, I worked in luxury hospitality at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills before returning to upstate New York. Back home, I became Assistant Director of the Herkimer 9 Development Project under ‘The Human Calculator’ Scott Flansburg and later launched my own independent event planning and marketing business.

In 2022, I took on a major role as Estate Sale Coordinator for the estate of late inventor Daniel Preston—a position I continue to hold. Through that experience, I connected with River Hills Properties, and over two years, we built a strong and trusted relationship. So when they asked me to join the team, the answer was easy.
