My name is JoAnne Suppa, also known as “Jojo”. I was born and raised in Utica, New York. 

Being one of seven Guidera children, I am blessed with a large close-knit family who has played a big role in shaping who I am today—built on tradition, connection, and always looking out for one another. Those early values became the foundation of my deep faith, and the way I approach both life and business.

The neighborhood I grew up in is where I built lifelong friendships that I still cherish today.

Family is at the heart of who I am. My husband, children, grandchildren, and our German Shepherd Dog mean the world to me, and I truly understand the importance of having a home that brings comfort, stability, and lasting memories.

I was raised with a strong work ethic and a deep sense of integrity, which I carry with me in everything I do. Before real estate, I spent 40 years as a hairdresser and nearly 20 years as a cosmetology instructor. Those experiences taught me how to truly listen, build trust, and care for people—something that has become the foundation of how I serve my clients today.

Since 2014, I’ve proudly served Utica and the surrounding Mohawk Valley as a real estate professional. I have also been with River Hills Properties since the very beginning, growing alongside a locally owned company that truly reflects my values and commitment to personalized service.
