From NYC to CNY. I moved here from Queens, New York, with my wife about ten years ago, and there has been no looking back. My passion for real estate came into fruition after I had to sell my home in Queens, NY. The realtor that I was working with was supposed to be one of the ‘Best in the Biz’. I was sorely mistaken, as the ONLY time that I saw them was to sign a disclosure form. After that, I was tossed aside and handed off to agent after agent. There was no communication and any time that I needed to reach them, they were always ‘busy’. I basically had to show and sell the home myself. They weren’t even there for closing, which is no way to do business, and I don’t want others to undergo that type of treatment.
